Referrer Rewards

• The referrer is offered 10% off Joe & Seph’s website subject to a £12 minimum spend, for each friend they refer that orders for the first time.
• By signing up to Joe & Seph’s Refer A Friend Scheme, the referrer also agrees to subscribe to Joe & Seph’s email club.
• In order, for the referral to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Joe & Seph’s and over the age of 18 and the referred friend must meet the conditions of their reward.
• There is no requirement for the referrer to be an existing Joe & Seph’s customer.
• In order to share this offer the referrer must be over the age of 18.
• You cannot earn more than 3 referrer discounts in any 24 hour period, more than 20 referrer discounts in any 12 month period or more than £250 worth of discount in any 12 month period.
• If multiple qualifying referrals are made to Joe & Seph’s, the referrer will receive multiple 10% off codes. Only one 'Refer a Friend' promotional code can be used per transaction. A Referrer may not earn more than 3 rewards within any 24 hour period, 20 rewards within any 12 month period.
• Rewards will be delivered to the referrer, unless the friend's purchase is cancelled.
• The Referrer will be notified by email once a referred friend has made a purchase using their code. Once the referred friend’s order has been dispatched, the referrer will receive their 10% off code by email.
• Rewards will be valid for 3 months from the date earned by the referrer.
• Referral codes cannot be combined with any other code or any other offer, discount or promotion offered by Joe & Seph’s.
• Referral codes are valid on popcorn, caramels sauces, gifts and excludes subscriptions and international shipping charges.
• Joe & Seph’s reserve the right to end this Refer A Friend Scheme at anytime and without any notice.
• Joe & Seph’s reserve the right to end codes which are related to suspicious activity.

Referred Friend Rewards

• The Referred friend is offered a free standard pouch when they place their first order online subject to a £12 minimum spend. The referred friend can choose from three options: Salted Caramel Popcorn 80g, Milk Chocolate Popcorn Bites 63g and a Mystery Pouch.
• In order to qualify for the reward the referred friend must be a new customer to Joe & Seph’s and over the age of 18.
• Any rewards will be revoked if a cancellation is requested on the order for which the reward was offered.
• The Referred friend reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral
• Referral codes cannot be combined with any other code or any other offer, discount or promotion offered by Joe & Seph’s.
• Referral codes are valid on popcorn, caramels sauces, gifts and excludes subscriptions and international shipping charges.
• By participating in Joe & Seph’s Refer A Friend Scheme, the referee agrees to subscribe to Joe & Seph’s email club.
