Boil 350g pasta for 2 minutes less than stated on the pack
Melt 2tbsp butter in a pan
Add 1 clove of finely chopped garlic, 1 tsp English mustard powder and cook for 1 minute
Stir in 3 tbsp plain flour
Cook for 1 minute, then gradually whisk in 500ml whole milk until your sauce has no lumps.
Simmer for 5 mins whisking until thickened.
Take off the heat and stir through your grated mature cheddar and parmesan.
Season to taste and stir through your pasta and half of your Joe & Seph's Marmite Popcorn Pouch
