Pour the oats, water and milk into a small saucepan, bring to the boil, then simmer for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally and watching it carefully so it doesn’t stick to the bottom (we love a silicon spatula for this!)
Add the protein powder and mix until incorporated, heat for another minute before turning the heat off and adding the chia seeds, stirring ‘til incorporated. The chia seeds will thicken up the mixture so if it gets too thick, add a dash of hot water or milk!
To make the chocolate fudge sauce, Holly mixed together half a banana with 1 tsp cacao powder, a squeeze of plant-based liquid sweetener and 1 tsp of cashew butter – microwave for 30 seconds!
